Regulator & Flow Meter Remanufacturing Procedures:
1. Regulators or Flow Meters are completely broken down and thoroughly cleaned for a thorough examination of all internal and external Apparatus parts. Only this methodical approach allows us to verify the original defect and identify other potential “weak points” which can eliminate other future breakdowns as well.
2. Any defective or "questionable parts" are replaced or reconditioned and the Regulator or Flow Meter is then reassembled with new inlets, nipples and seats (soft parts).
3. The gauges are inspected and reset or replaced when required.
4. The equipment is then reassembled according to OEM specs and purged clean with Nitrogen.
5. Our Technicians then perform a Flow Test, Leak Test and Seat Test to ensure the Regulator/Flow Meter is operating flawlessly.
6. The repaired regulator or flow meter is then packaged and inlets are sealed to keep the unit clean. The end result is “PROFESSIONAL GRADE” regulator repairs that you can be proud to represent that will ensure you complete and total customer satisfaction.
